HO Scale RR Crossing 2 lanes 2pc

2 railroad crossing gates in HO scale (1:87), the length of the arm is meant for two lanes of traffic. The arms are designed to swivel up and down, each unit comes fully assembled, but I can't guarantee the swivel always works.
