What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

I work with Manuevo because I know they inspect all models and ship them safely. While they package the products with care, sometimes items can be damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

If I place an order, can you make changes to it before you send it to me?

No. The process is automated, the design you order is exactly what you will receive. Items do not come from me, or to me to where I can make changes after the order.

Can you cancel or change my order after I place it?

No. The process is automatically sent to the printer once the order is completed.

Can I add items to an existing order?

At the moment this is not possible unfortunately, but we're working on that.

Can I return items?

Since all of our items are 3D printed to order, we are unable to accept returns. Each piece is custom-made based on your order, ensuring the best quality and attention to detail. If there is an issue with your item, such as damage during shipping, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.

Questions about the miniatures

What materials are your miniatures made of?

Most miniatures are 3D printed using high-quality resin, which allows for excellent detail and durability. We also offer other materials like Nylon White PA11 and Grey PA12. The nylon materials have a somewhat rougher surface and or most suited for bigger parts that have less detail.

How do I clean and paint the miniatures?

Before painting, I recommend washing the miniatures with warm (not hot!), soapy water to remove any printing residue, then rinse with clean water. Allow them to dry completely before priming and painting with standard acrylic paints. I have successfully used Revell, Humbrol, Vallejo and AK Interactive. Each model is optimized to simplify the painting process.

Do I need to sand or smooth my model?

Most models do not need sanding. But 3D printing involves layers, with visible layer lines on some surfaces. Fine detail Plastic utilizes 16 micrometer layers, ensuring their thinness.

Do you ship your models painted?

No, the models are shipped unpainted to allow you the freedom to customize them according to your preferences. This way, you can paint and finish the models to match your specific layout or diorama. Each piece is designed with detail in mind, ensuring that they are ready for you to bring your creative vision to life!

Did you design all the miniatures?
