[size=13px]Model of a heavy duty trough conveyor in N Scale. This type of conveyors is used for transporting bulk goods like ore, rock, sand, gravel, coal, woodchips etc. In a trough conveyor the moving belt is folded upward to keep the material on the belt. This belt features a truss construction for spanning longer lengths, plus a walkway for maintenance personnel.
The whole structure is 22mm wide, the flat protion of the belt is almost 6mm wide (close to 3' or 1m in real life).[/size]
